Alarm clocks are often set to signal the need for action. We often set alarms to help us remember our goals and stay on track. Alarms set for success require foresight and planning based on the goal desired. No mater how great the reason for an alarm, if you are like me, they seem to go off at the most inopportune times. They alter my flow and comfort which leads me to want to ignore them. But if I leave my feelings out of the equation and focus on my goals, I must respond properly to the reasons for the alarms if I desire true success. In life you need set alarms to signal certain changes and directions to take. Seek out what life alarms you need to acheive your success. Once set don't ignore their agitation. Allow them to remind you to push towards your purpose and goals. Set your "Life Alarm" for greatness!

Overall I enjoyed the whole class as a whole. What I remember the most is the activity with the sticks, which meant that even though someone don't hand you the stick right you should still past the stick to the next person respectfully. I can apply this to my life this way because even though someone may not always show respect towards you, you should still treat them with the up most respect because two wrongs don't make a right.

I am Derrick McRee(JSU Boys). Overall, I enjoyed the class even though I was only present for one class. The class was a nice and unexpected experience! What I remember the most is passing the white sticks around the class and how they represented respect. I can apply this to my life because it opened my eyes to realize that life is about respect; the way you pass your respect to different people can affect the outcome.

Overall this class has helped me learn to set boundaries better than I did before. What I remember the most is putting the 3 sticks around and acting like they were boundaries to keep the bad things out. I can apply this to my life by setting better boundaries than I have in the past.

Overall the class was great I already respected others but this class made me see the way other people looked at what was happening around them. What I remember the most were the three weeks 1. My values 2. Self-respect 3. Respect others the way I want to be respect. I can apply this to my life because if I want to get treated a sertain way then I have to treat people I want to be treated.

Overall I had fun in the class. What I remembered was when we played the trust fall when you have to depend on others . I can compare this to my life because in life you not going to always depend on a person all the time you have to be independent to receive or get what you want in life . Nothing will be handed to you !!!
