Position Overview
The Campus Outreach Ambassador will assist in expanding LifeVersation’s reach by identifying and contacting qualified organizations to schedule discovery calls for leadership training services.
This is a performance-based opportunity designed for self-starters who want hands-on experience in outreach, communication, and professional growth.
This role focuses on appointment setting and relationship initiation — not closing sales.

The Campus Outreach Ambassador will assist in expanding LifeVersation’s reach by identifying and contacting qualified organizations to schedule discovery calls for leadership training services.

This role focuses on appointment setting and relationship initiation — not closing sales.
Compensation
- 10% commission on confirmed and paid bookings secured through your outreach
- Additional 5% quarterly bonus if 3 or more paid bookings are secured within a calendar quarter
- No income cap
- Paid within 7 days of client payment
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Identify decision-makers within organizations
- Schedule discovery calls for LifeVersation leadership services
- Track outreach activity weekly
- Participate in a 30-minute weekly strategy call
- Represent LifeVersation with professionalism and integrity
Weekly Expectations
- Minimum 30 outreach attempts
- 1–2 discovery calls scheduled per week
- Weekly activity report submission
- Consistent communication and responsiveness
Ideal Candidate
- Business, marketing, communications, or leadership major (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills
- Self-disciplined and organized
- Comfortable initiating conversations
